Anadrol is without a doubt the most potent oral anabolic steroid used in the world of performance enhancing. The most pronounced effect of Anadrol use is in its ability to increase size by means of greatly increasing both protein synthesis and red-blood cell counts. When at a low body fat the introduction of Anadrol can give the competitor a much fuller look; many times allowing him to make better use of his carbohydrates before show time. This same principle could be used by even the novice anabolic steroid user as he attempts to lean out. Keep in mind; dieting Anadrol doses are usually lower than off-season or bulking use. 25mg per day for a few weeks will normally suffice. For this to work your diet must be in check but if you know what you’re doing and are not ultra-sensitive to Anadrol side-effects you will see great results from this practice. Some competitors will run the drug as high as 50mg during contest prep but if you choose to do so you need to be very familiar with how your body reacts to Anadrol so you can be certain you will not react in a negative way.
Anadrol Myths
Another very common myth surrounding Anadrol is that all your gains will be lost once you come off; this is not only false but simply blatant stupidity. Granted, Anadrol cycles alone will not produce tons of “keepable” gains; this is one reason among many it needs to be used in conjunction with testosterone as part of a stack. The key to keeping as much of the gains you receive is continuing your cycle long past the end of Anadrol use. Further, food intake needs to remain constant; if you’re trying to grow you may even slightly bump up the calories after you discontinue use.
